Ton Design develops rapidly with the excellent quality and perfect management, successively established Taiwan Ton Design Group, Lecong Xiangsheng Commercial Co.,Ltd, Nantong Xiangsheng Commercial Co.,Ltd, Foshan Daphne Home Collection Co.,Ltd and Foshan Yarnoon Printing &Dyeing Co.,Ltd. Ton Design Group dedicates to product design innovation, quality improvement and service improvement and owns whole industrial chain presently. Integrating fabric manufacture, pattern design, dyeing, bedding linen research & development, produce with marketing. Production is sells very well in the world.

Yarnoon, our own Printing & Dyeing factory was founded in 2001 in Foshan, covers an area of 100,000 square meter, Yarnoon is a printing and dyeing factory specializing in research and develop, manufacture and sell senior printing and dyeing cotton woven fabric and after finishing. Took the lead to introduce many international first-class equipments to realize the standard control of the manufacture process, thus make our final bedding products reach to the first-class standard of the field and annually outputs 12 Million meters with great quality, spread in the world widely.

Daphne strictly controls the quality starting from raw material. Every roll of fabric will go through a series of strict inspection before sent to production department. We inspect the fabric according to different material and the inspection items include density, gram weight, flaws, chromatic aberration…
Workers of cutting section take at least two measurements when they are cutting the fabric to ensure correct layout and size.
Our sewing workers are experienced and we have skill training regularly to improve their capacity.
