        Down quilt is mainly characterized by its light weight and comfortable to sleep on at night. But please be noticed that down quilt should not be exposed to the sun for too long. Hang the down quilt in a ventilated place such as the courtyard or the balcony for 2-3 hours, and spray some lemonade on it which can make the quilt odorless when it gets dry.

        It should be ventilated for at least 1 to 2 weeks when the silk quilt is taken out from the cabinet. However, exposed to the sun for too long will make the silk brittle and not warm in winter.

        Wool quilt that is not used for a long time has a strong smell. When bask the quilt, spray some alcohol on the quilt, after the quilt is dry do not use it immediately, tightly rolled up the quilt and put some mothballs in it for a few days, and then bask it again, the smell will be completely gone.

        No matter what material, do not pat the quilt after basking as excessive patting will affect the warm effect of the quilt. Patting causes dust and mites rising and cause skin allergy.
